We're excited to announce we now offer Curbside Banking! Available Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. Simply pull up to one of the designated spots on the Southwest side of the bank and call us at 417-882-1400 and we will come out to your vehicle.

Our lobby is open with limited access, please call us at 417-882-1400 and we will meet you at the door. Available Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. Face coverings are required for entry.

In both cases, our staff will be taking appropriate health and safety measures as recommended by the CDC and State and Local Government.

Our drive-thru availability remains unchanged: Monday - Friday 8am-6pm; Saturday 8am-12pm.

As always, we encourage you to utilize our drive-thru, ATM, and online banking when possible, but when you need us, we'll be here. We look forward to seeing you - from a social distance!

Update 2

Beginning Monday, March 30th, our drive-thru hours will be temporarily adjusted to Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-12pm until further notice.

Our lobby remains temporarily closed until further notice.

As always, our bankers are available via telephone at 417-882-1400 and email to answer questions and arrange appointments for complex banking transactions or to access safe deposit boxes.

Our drive-thru remains open normal hours (Monday through Friday 7am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 12pm) and our lobby is temporarily closed until further notice.

If you need to access your safe deposit box or conduct more complex transactions, please call us to schedule an appointment.

Because of the health concerns presented by the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want you to know what we are doing to protect your health and safety. For the last 35 years we have been locally owned and operated. This has allowed us to quickly and thoroughly develop a plan to protect our valued customers and employees at times like these.

We will maintain our normal business functions with continued dedication to our outstanding customer service, but in order to protect you and our employees we are implementing changes that will facilitate your banking experience as we move through this Coronavirus challenge.

Convenient Banking and Important Changes:
  • Online and Mobile Banking is available 24/7 as a safe and simple way to check balances, transfer funds, make loan payments, deposit checks, pay bills, access e-statements, and send messages to your bankers here.
  • Mobile Deposit fees have been suspended during this time to assist our customers in safely depositing their money through our online banking app here.
  • ATMs in the Transfund network are available surcharge-free and can be located here.
  • Inquire about a loan here.
  • Certified Financial Planner, Mike Sisney, is available to discuss your insurance needs and review your financial portfolio for peace of mind.
For now, we encourage you to use our alternative banking services, but if you do need to visit our lobby, it would be helpful if you would call 417-882-1400 to schedule an appointment.

We will communicate updates as they relate to the Bank on our website and our Facebook page as we continue to take precautionary measures as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our local Springfield-Greene County Health Department.
